  My parents were supposed to be picked up at 4:00 in the morning with a van. But no van... So I called, and then they claimed that no taxi had been ordered, nothing to be found. After quite a bit of insistence they suddenly found the reservation, but the van was occupied, so in the end with a delay with 4 people and 4 suitcases in a regular car to Schiphol. And then a very laconic reaction from the driver. Not recommended.
