  Sometimes you are too surprised by the customer unfriendliness that you even find it too difficult to write a review. Yet I do that here, 3 weeks after the event. The ladies of this store should realize that in these times without direct customer contact, every email they receive from a customer deserves an answer. I am extremely dissatisfied with the way my return was handled and especially with the way I was told about this (several times). Downright rude, that's the only description I can give. Doesn't fit at all with the appearance of this beautiful store with an equally beautiful collection. But I will look for another nice store, with staff and owners with the same attitude. There are really more than enough of them and, in my opinion, they have a well-deserved right to exist.

  Sassy is a really nice store! The different clothing items they have and the nice accessories always make me happy! The owner is always well informed about the fit and materials. You get really good help, always good service.
