  It's located right through the front door of the train station. I walked right in and had about a five minute wait. The teller was helpful and exchanged my money in no time. It was a very quick & easy process.

  By taking 12,5% fee this company keeps itself running. They will not tell you about this fee and just say it’s the exchange rate. For 500 euro’s thats over 60 euros of exchange costs excluding the additional 5 euro service costs. I’m not sure what is the best way to change currency but this is definitely a scam. I will not go to GWK again.

  I needed Mexican Pesos last minute, called an employee at the NS station Zwolle location. Got a friendly and helpful employee on the phone, coincidentally there was still some available that I could pick up immediately (Normally on order). All in all a good experience and it is definitely recommended to get something here.
