    The resturant was part of our hotel Lumen in Zwolle, so we decided to try it. The staff were very friendly and professional. What we liked, was the menu was small and had both Veggie and Vegan options. We were told by the staff that the menu changes every 2 weeks. The prices were excellent (60€) for the food served, water and a glass of wine. We had a pasta dish (spicy) and Seitan with cauliflower and hazelnut jus, which tasted excellent and was a very interesting creation, see photos below. I also ordered French Fries, to check tastewise, something I know. (OK I was hungry). They were not bad. The meal started with bread, which was served with Olive oil and WOW caramelised butter, more please. For dessert we tried a Cardamom ice creation, again see photo below. Small but tasteful. I would also like to thank the staff for the extra portion of Cardamom (I love the flavour). Some of it, I took home and made a Cardamom cake, biscuits and added the rest to a Curry. Would go again, just for the butter and the changing menu or to even try the Chef's menu.

    The chefs keep impressing me with their fine food. Tried the red fish main course yesterday, excellent taste! And today tried the salmon, tender and yummy. What a blessing...

    Amazing restaurant, super delicious poke bowl, fresh ingrediens, friendly staff! We had a dinner there every evening and all meals were absolutely TOP. All of them. Good choice.

    The place for business diners! The ambiance is great. Afterwards you can join a football match. Make no mistake: the food is really good!
