  We went to the restaurant.....Awesome food, Awesome service. Big compliments to the staff. This was a 10/10 for us. Gorgeous views.

  The room was nice but very cold. The main issues were with the breakfast, which is very expensive for the very poor quality and small amount and the lack of anything available in terms of food, drinks or entertainment. The breakfast gets delivered to your room based on a note you have to fill in and deliver to the reception every day. There’s fairly little options and the only choices you make is whether you’d like (a single) brown or white piece of bread, small pancakes or a single croissant and yoghurt (with like 3 pieces of fruit) and a really small fruit salad. The concept of them bringing it to your room is fun but it just ends up with you being stuck in your cold room but needing to be awake and waiting for your breakfast to arrive. This is more of a problem because there is nothing available at all to have breakfast, or really eat or drink anything during the day near the hotel. Furthermore there were some (relatively) small annoyances such as: the many noises that could be heard of people taking the elevators in our rooms, the elevators themselves being literally freezing cold, the “borg” which feels decisively not luxury especially after paying up front, the note in our room saying that we needed to be very careful with the water and such or it would result in an extra 300€ fine, we get that we’re not supposed to destroy the rooms but it’s a bit much and bathrooms are supposed to be a little waterproof I’d say. The shower in the bathroom also has a steam function but the hot steam will be pointed directly at your legs and is very hot, beware! Lastly the fact that the internet was manually turned off and locked on the smart tv which means that we couldn’t watch Netflix or much of anything through our own accounts and that there were only less than 20 tv channels available, only like 4 channels per language. Overall it’s a nice hotel but a lot of service and communication things could have been done better.

  The location is very very nice. don't expect a lot of guests to use the helicopter deck. The floor covering needs to be replaced. Personally I would go for PVC in fish grade. Increases the national character. Food is good, not too much for a reasonable to slightly high price. Only the hamburger can go to the trash. Definitely worth going for a meal. I am certainly satisfied with the visit.

  A nice, maritime themed hotel and all in all I would recommend it. However, there were a few drawbacks. No small bar of soap in the room, had to wash our hands with shower gel. The room was comfy and kinda clean (the bath had some hairs in it, definitely not ours...). The bathroom is spacious with an enormous jacuzzi which is very nice and we loved it. While drawing the bath the water went cold though and wouldn't warm any more, no matter how much we cranked it up. The next morning however we had no issues with that. The water pressure in the shower could've been better since there are massage beams on the side which couldn't effectively work with the top beam simultaneously but still nice. At night we were thankful we brought our earbuds since it is quite noisy. Nobody stayed in the adjacent room so it came from other floors. We felt like we could hear the entire hotel and the elevator didn't help in that regard. We could here everyone coming up and down constantly. Also, the reception wasn't the best. We wanted to change our dinner reservations, said she would but then went on and didn't.
