  A great experience. It is one of the best ones in Europe so far. Rooms were capacious. The view from the terrace was amazing. Great breakfast. Although it is away from city still a comfortable place to stay

  During our stay they had maintenance done at the hotel. We were woken up at 7am from drilling and hammering. Not what you would except given the price of €140 per night. After making a claim at the reception, what they offered us was a free coffee. Definitely not worth another stay.

  Van der valk is definitely obe of those top class hotels, we had wonderful beds and rooms, a wide selection of food for breakfast, got to use the small gym and it was lovely, just enough machines for your workouts and cardio. The whole experience was amazing, would reccomend, missed a swimming pool but thats personal preference.

  We had the suite room during our stay in zwolle for 2 nights. The room and facilities are perfect for the price we paid for. Everything went well until we checked out… we got several calls from the hotel just because they couldn’t find the bathrobe 🙄 and then again to inform me that they found it which I found it so unprofessional… like come on I didn’t hide it under the bed, it hung just in front of the steam room, obviously the cleaning lady was blind or something?! Then it came to deposit.. took forever to get the deposit. Also we were so surprised that it was the first hotel that we have ever been to with no complimentary bottle of water in the room… Overall was ok but not impressed and I find it really pity because the room was awesome but when it comes to service… a lot needs to be improved.
