  Package is not delivered, it is returned to sender without apology or explanation. If you contact them, they do not respond or respond slowly and you can solve the problem yourself (advice is to reorder the item from the sender so that they can make another attempt to deliver it "on time"). Delivering 98% on the first try is simply out of the blue. As a company, I would still choose other sustainable, reliable couriers. Fietskoeriers.nl can still learn something from correct and transparent communication.

  Pleasantly surprised this morning by a bicycle courier from Cyclone. We had ordered clothes for our daughter for a funeral and it looked like it wouldn't be delivered on time due to the crowds due to the lockdown. Someone special came by to deliver it, on Sunday morning. Really great!
