I bought a green sweater online, upon delivery there was an orange sweater in the box. Webshop refused to see their mistake, which meant I had to pay 10 euros in shipping costs (from Belgium) to return the items. Very difficult to get in touch with them + they do not take consumer rights into account. WEBSHOP TO BE AVOIDED!!

I ordered an item. Upon receipt I wanted to return it, which is always allowed by law for online purchases, but the store refused. I still returned the product. Only after 15 days and an extra reminder email did I get my money back. Bad service and no respect for consumer rights.

Shipping within the Netherlands – Orders placed before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same day by PostNL. Unfortunately, this doesn't work! Orders placed on Sunday will be delivered to PostNL on Wednesday.
