  1 star is actually too much honor for this store in terms of customer friendliness. On Friday afternoon my wife bought a nice bag from Astrid and also saw another bag there but was hesitant to buy it. So we did some juggling and the store would be open at 11 a.m. on Saturday morning. So we walked to Astrid's shop together and arrived there at 11.05 am. Astrid just arrived and said that she was so happy that she had clearly put a note on the door that she had only opened at noon for a few days and was now going to vacuum the store. When asked if we could take a look at that bag, the answer was that we could come back in an hour, but that was of course our own choice. Astrid had already made her choice and vacuuming was more important than the customers. Our advice is to adjust the changed opening hours on the site and take a customer friendliness course. We wish Astrid a very clean store without customers.
