  Nous avons eu cet hôtel pour un week-end et nous avons passé un moment très agréable. Nous voulions quelque chose de paisible et isolé et cet hôtel offrait exactement cela. Tous les membres du personnel que nous avons rencontrés étaient charmants et sympathiques… le chauffeur de la navette Glenroy était le plus sympathique mais nous avons eu plus d'interactions avec lui que les autres. Très accessible si vous aviez également des questions et nous aidiez chaque fois que nous avions besoin de quelque chose. Le petit-déjeuner continental valait vraiment la peine d'être mentionné et le pain avait le goût du pain fait maison, ce qui le rendait 10 fois meilleur ! La nourriture en général à l'hôtel était délicieuse et copieuse ! Aucun des repas ne nous a déçu.

  Bel endroit, la plupart des employés étaient très gentils, en particulier l'un des chauffeurs de la navette (je crois qu'il aurait pu être le propriétaire et ancienne star du basket-ball professionnel), il était incroyablement gentil et serviable. Cependant, ils m'ont facturé deux fois par accident en raison de ma réservation via ma société de carte de crédit et ne m'ont pas encore remboursé. Cela fait plus d'un an d'allers-retours avec l'hôtel pour essayer d'obtenir un remboursement et j'ai finalement été fantôme.

  Parfait pour les voyageurs d'affaires : Séjour confortable et assistance efficace Cet hôtel était un choix fantastique pour mon récent voyage d'affaires. La salle de formation était bien équipée et confortable, offrant un environnement idéal pour nos réunions. Les repas étaient toujours bien préparés et délicieux, et le personnel était incroyablement serviable et attentif à nos besoins. Je tiens particulièrement à reconnaître le chauffeur de l'hôtel, qui nous a guidés de manière experte entre un terrain pittoresque mais parfois difficile. Ses compétences et son attention ont rendu notre transport tout au long du voyage fluide et agréable. Dans l’ensemble, cet hôtel a offert une excellente expérience à la fois productive et confortable.   The spring hotel is a beautiful hotel, with a beautiful scenery and calm environment. However, the staff is very disrespectful this is mainly directed to the kitchen staff. While staying at the hotel me and my family were treated badly by the kitchen crew. On Thursday morning when we went to eat breakfast the kitchen staff were being rude, while we were sat at our table we can hear the chef in the kitchen making comments like what “we don’t wanna hear her talk” and insinuating she was going to spit in our food. Me and my family were taken back by their behavior and the comments that were made because we were polite to the staff we greeted them every morning with a good morning and we always said thank you.
