  This place is heaven. The rooms are spacious. The views are beyond compare. From your porch(very comfortable) you can watch the comings and goings of the harbor with beautiful gardens surrounding the building. Wonderful restaurants within easy walking distance. But best of all the owners and staff make you feel like family. I had a bad knee and they brought from their home beach chairs with a foot rest for our use doing our stay. Can’t wait to return!!

  Ottima posizione, proprio nel cuore di un'incantevole baia. Le camere sono molto pulite e spaziose. La terrazza è grande e arredata con comodi mobili per sedersi e rilassarsi e godersi splendide viste. La prenotazione è stata molto semplice e l'host è molto gentile e risponde rapidamente per soddisfare tutte le possibili richieste.

  Mio marito ed io abbiamo prenotato questo hotel per diverse notti ma siamo durati solo una notte. La vista era incredibile ma abbiamo fatto il check-out il prima possibile a causa della mancanza di acqua calda, di aria condizionata, di schermi con buchi che causavano un numero eccessivo di zanzare e della scoperta di animali delle dimensioni di un chicco di caffè che cadevano su uno dei letti. Ho notato che la maggior parte delle recensioni positive risalgono a più di un anno fa. Questa proprietà ha così tanto potenziale se i proprietari investessero in alcuni aggiornamenti e ristrutturazioni in questa affascinante località.

  We booked rooms 3 months in advance anticipating a wonderful stay. Much to our dismay, a member of our party suffered a stroke and everything had to be cancelled a month prior to the reservation. I wrote several times to note this and the manager's response could be summarized as "tough luck." Kept the deposit. In 30 years of international travel, I have met so many wonderful people. Apparently, the people at Gingerbread might not be.

  If I could give them zero stars I would. The views from the property are truly breathtaking. However, the rooms are antiquated and not properly maintained. Upon arrival the bathroom in my room had mildew everywhere. The room was filled with mosquitoes, centipedes and lizards. The water was not hot everyday, one-day I didn’t even have water for about an hour. The hotel even put torn sheets on the bed. The cleaning staff did not show up everyday and operated in a truly unprofessional manner.
