  Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel per un weekend e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Volevamo qualcosa di tranquillo e remoto e questo hotel offriva esattamente questo. Tutto il personale che abbiamo incontrato era adorabile e cordiale... l'autista della navetta Glenroy era il più gentile ma abbiamo avuto più interazioni con lui rispetto agli altri. Molto disponibile se anche tu avessi domande e ci hai aiutato ogni volta che avevamo bisogno di qualcosa. La colazione continentale era sicuramente degna di nota e il pane sapeva di pane fatto in casa, il che lo rendeva 10 volte migliore! Il cibo in generale in hotel era delizioso e abbondante! Nessuno dei pasti ci ha deluso.

  Posto bellissimo, la maggior parte dei dipendenti era molto gentile, specialmente uno degli autisti della navetta (credo che avrebbe potuto essere il proprietario ed ex stella del basket professionista), era incredibilmente gentile e disponibile. Tuttavia, mi hanno addebitato due volte per errore a causa della mia prenotazione tramite la compagnia della mia carta di credito e non mi hanno ancora rimborsato. È passato più di un anno di avanti e indietro con l'hotel cercando di ottenere un rimborso e alla fine sono rimasto fantasma.

  Perfetto per i viaggiatori d'affari: Soggiorno confortevole e supporto efficiente Questo hotel è stato una scelta fantastica per il mio recente viaggio d'affari. La sala corsi era ben attrezzata e confortevole, offrendo un ambiente ideale per i nostri incontri. I pasti erano sempre ben preparati e deliziosi, e il personale era incredibilmente disponibile e attento alle nostre esigenze. In particolare, desidero riconoscere l'autista dell'hotel, che ci ha guidato abilmente tra il terreno panoramico ma a volte impegnativo. La sua abilità e attenzione hanno reso il nostro trasporto durante tutto il viaggio fluido e piacevole. Nel complesso, questo hotel ha fornito un'esperienza eccellente, produttiva e confortevole.   The spring hotel is a beautiful hotel, with a beautiful scenery and calm environment. However, the staff is very disrespectful this is mainly directed to the kitchen staff. While staying at the hotel me and my family were treated badly by the kitchen crew. On Thursday morning when we went to eat breakfast the kitchen staff were being rude, while we were sat at our table we can hear the chef in the kitchen making comments like what “we don’t wanna hear her talk” and insinuating she was going to spit in our food. Me and my family were taken back by their behavior and the comments that were made because we were polite to the staff we greeted them every morning with a good morning and we always said thank you.
