  Nice shop here with plenty space and choice if you don't fancy roaming around for presents and so forth. Reasonably priced and there is a big pair of clogs you can pose with outside so that's a good bit of fun. Staff very polite as well.

  Everything was OK. I bought a loot of things and souvenirs for family and friends. I also bought some edible products like cakes, cookies and chocolate. Unfortunately one the products had expired like 16days ago which in my opinion is unacceptable and it cost 4.99€. I tried to reach the manager of the store but there was no response. I 've just wasted 5€. That's all...

  A charming gift shop with large selection of souvenirs. Love the brilliant design of the displays, each section of the shop has its unique, Holland theme style.

  Absolutely terrible experience. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. As I was walking out AFTER making a purchase (a customer), a ceramic souvenir, carelessly placed right on the edge of a shelf, fell and got a tiny chip. They forced me to pay €10 for it. When I asked to return the item I had just purchased, they refused a refund and only offered store credit. The way they handled the situation was disgraceful. Zero customer service, zero accountability, and zero respect. Avoid this place at all costs. This experience ruined my last night in Amsterdam.
