  At the check out, we asked to get the cupboard we purchased delivered to our home through third-party courier they offer. We pay for the delivery and the lady at the cash register tells us a the date on which the cupboard will be delivered so we leave content. On the appointed delivery date turns out that 1) although we payed at Goossens for this delivery, we were supposed to 'make an appointment' ourselves with the delivery service; no one cared to actually tell us that, 2) we go to the website of the delivery service and turns out we were charged at least 10 euros more and on top of that we were lied to that the delivery service does not involve taking furniture up the stairs, whereas the provider's website does offer that. Client service was completely unhelpful, they practically don't have any overview of anything that hasn't been bought from their online store and we didn't hear a single 'sorry for your inconvenience' throughout. Disgusting organisation and client treatment.
