  I have rarely seen a more friendly or a more passionate person than Robert. Together with his partner, sorry I don’t know his name, they form a team I would trust 100%! I have visited the store twice. During that time Robert usually had to serve at least two/three customers at once. Which means that non of them got the attention he would have wanted to give. As long as they are here, I will come.

  Staff was very friendly and prompt with their service. I've come by a few times and they have always been helpful. They were also very fast with the bike repair and were very accommodating

  I visited today the new bicycle store at Lan Van NOI and had an excellent experience. Roberto, one of the employees, was incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place, especially if you get the chance to work with him. Obrigada Roberto, a sua ajuda foi incrível.

  In January 2025 a defect on my cargo bike. Went to the store with this (Juizz, which has now been taken over by Fietsvoordeelshop). Fietsvoordeelshop indicated that they do not have parts for repairs to Babboe bicycles and that they therefore do not carry them out. I had to go to Babboe to use their repair service. I tried to make an appointment, but Babboe indicated that Fietsvoordeelshop can do repairs, so I was sent back. This has happened several times and Babboe has also contacted Fietsvoordeelshop himself. When it seemed to have been arranged that Fietsvoordeelshop would carry out the repair and I contacted Fietsvoordeelshop, it turned out that Fietsvoordeelshop could do the 'necessary upgrade (which also arrived separately by email, but which was not my concern at the moment)' but still not the repair. I was sent back to Babboe, even though I requested that Fietsvoordeelshop and Babboe not discuss this among themselves since I keep being sent back and forth, but that turned out to be really not possible. After contacting Babboe again, I wait several weeks for the repair service to call me, because even Babboe's customer service does not have the telephone number of the repair service.... The cargo bike has been standing still since January. Very frustrating, especially after the bike had been standing still for a year due to the whole frame thing (through no fault of Fietsvoordeelshop).
