Today my husband went to the shop to get some parts. As it was his turn, he politely asked if he could talk in English (his Dutch is good but not so to explain properly some technical things). They guy said: yes. He started talking (in English) and the guy interrupted: "did you not hear what I said, I mind you speaking in English. You are in The Netherlands and you must speak Dutch." He was very aggressive and repeated that many times. My husband decided to leave. While we can understand the sentiment resulting of many foreigners having settled in NL, if you work as a service provider in a shop in an area extremely expat friendly, you should be aware of a thing called "customer service" and "mutual respect". I invite this gentleman to stay in NL and not dare put a foot in my country, Spain, unless he speaks perfect Spanish. Thank you.

Not service oriented. They just want to sell bikes. I brought my Giant there to be serviced. The advice was it would cost over €400 and I should better scrap my bike and buy a new one. Cheapest of similar functionality they have are €1000+. After an annoying discussion they agreed to replace just the gears and chain for around €200. The bill was €261. Two days later something wasn't right so brought it back. I told them I needed it back in 2 days. They said they would sms me by end of the day. At 17:15 and no sms I found all staff having a smoke outside. I asked them if I could pick up my bike. The tech said of course go inside, that's where the bikes are. (Duh. Really?!) I went inside and no one followed me in. I walked through the entire repair area. Finally the same tech came in. He was all happy, but I was steaming mad. This is not the place to get a bike repaired!

Just received my road bike after inspection was done. Great job and very transparent in terms of cost and potential extra cost. Have a lot of trust in this shop and the mechanic who consulted me.

We have a Sparta e-bike with a lease contract. Contacting the shop via phone is not easy. All calls go via a central number that after waiting, once you are attended, someone has to put you through to each shop/location. To make an appointment for our first maintenance we had to wait more than a month. Once you drop the bicycle, it's impossible to know how long it will take. The only reply I got via phone or personally at the shop, it was, "It takes one day." If, as I mentioned to them, I would have known that it would take at the end just two hours, I would have stayed somewhere around. But because of their lack of interest and non at all customer oriented service, I spent time and money in trams up and down. Talking with them about this fact, the conversation turned into a discussion. As a result, I won't bring our bicycle there anymore. Even an employee said to me that it would be indeed better because "I always make problems." Weird reply because it was my first time there. Via our leasing company, we will definitely bring the bicycle to another partner.

I booked maintenance service for my e-bike in this shop using their website formulare, and entering all the bike information (brand, model, engine, etc.). I got an email confirming the appointment, acknowledging the bike on which they would perform the service. On the day of the appointment, after having waited for six weeks since the appointment was made, the employee in charge said that they were unable to do the service in a rather rude and unprofessional manner. I asked why they had confirmed the appointment in the first place, when I had provided all the info about the bike. His answer was that they didn’t have time to look at the info when processing appointment requests. His attitude was extremely rude, and the overall situation extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend this place
