  I’ve been living in this country for almost five years, and by now, I’ve grown accustomed to the standards of what is considered a civilized conversation. But what I experienced today was something else entirely—it was sheer aggression. I brought my bike in to be serviced. I had made an appointment a few days earlier, during which the service person assessed the issue and gave me an estimate. The problem was a loose chain, and he estimated that it would cost a maximum of €50 to fix. When I arrived at my scheduled appointment today, another serviceman immediately said, "What a piece of trash this bicycle is." Admittedly, the bike is old and worn out, but it is certainly not trash. He then began listing other supposed issues, and his estimate started growing exponentially. I pointed out that it might be cheaper to just buy a new bike, and at that point, he launched into a very aggressive rant. He said the bike belonged in the trash, that he wouldn’t work on such garbage, and so on. As I was leaving, he continued shouting about my bike being worthless garbage. I mean, even if it were true that the bike is old and needs a lot of repairs, I don’t think it’s professional—or even civilized—to shout at a customer that their bike belongs in the garbage. I have three other bikes: my wife’s folding bike, my Trek city hybrid bike, and a Trek Domane AL 3 road bike. Every spring, I bring them in for a seasonal tune-up. Obviously, after this experience, I’ll take my business elsewhere. This behavior isn’t just appalling—it’s concerning.

  I arrieved today in rainy condition with my foldable bike with big tyers at the store. I had a flat rear tyre and I had to pump it up tree times on my way. After I entered the store I asked to replace the tube in my tyre. Answer: NO because we don't fix Fat Bikes and we have no experience with a bike like that. I friendly ask again but the answer remains NO. The did not even take a closer look on the bike. A second man finaly pointed with his fingers to say No and out. Result: This was a ons in a live time experience for me.

  I had an opportunity to let my bike to be repaired in the store (flat tire). A very professional and swift service! Now my bike works better than ever :)

  Excellent service. I'm immensely grateful for the crew here. Was looking to build my dream touring bike (a Surly LHT like Jaap below!) and Rien was incredibly helpful, attentive and accommodating as I worked my way through my first major build. Highly recommended!
