  I have a wonderful experience with Spaar bikes and I must say great service and a wonderful staff member ILHAN, bought myself new bike and I am very very satisfied.

  I bought 02 bikes for me and my wife last weekend. The delivery was incredible fast because today the bikes arrived here in Belgium. But unfortunately, what arrived were not the bikes I bought, not even the same manufacturer, not even the frame sizes that I asked for: my order was modified by them without any communication or explanation. Still waiting for any kind of reply from their customer service.

  Fell for the price and immediate availability. The bike deteriorate the week after I bought from them, and when I go back to ask about the problems, they were, its very good, its perfectly fine etc.. very bad service, no knowledge about bikes and most of all, all their bikes are of poor quality and will not sustain the dutch weather. So the only option the rraders have is to juy some used dutch maker bike instead of these low quality, cheap bikes. Their objective is just to sell the bike,no maintenance or customer care.

  Very bad experience. I bought a bicycle online and I choose to receive the bicycle fully assembled. The bicycle was received with some running problems and when I asked to have it fixed, they asked me to bring the bicycle to their shop as they didn't agree to send somebody to fix the bicycle at my place or take the responsibility of picking the bicycle them selves! I live quite far from their shop and It was not possible to bring the bicycle to their shop. Also be aware that they have only one shop in the Hague, so most likely you would be living far away from their shop. The bicycle had many problems such as: 1- A lot of sounds when peddling 2- The bicycle gears does not work smoothly (it had 3 gears) 3- the bicycle steering handles were not aligned 3- Some bolts and nuts used were really from poor quality that they rusted in less than a month. I would never recommend buying from this supplier online as you might receive a bad product with a bad after service support. Maybe you can buy from this supplier if you buy directly from the shop, where you can test the bicycle your self. More over to mention, I wanted to return the bicycle but also that didn't work! Never never buy online from this supplier !!!!

  My partner and I had set an appointment to come to the shop in the hague. We came on time. However, the salesperson indicated that they actually don't have what we're looking for after having mentioned on the phone that they do. Otherwise, their non ending phone calls were too important apparently that we were asked to wait. After 15 minutes, we decided to leave. Not a place I would recommend or go back to. If a 0 star review was possible, I would've put that.
