  Perfectly located hotel right in the centre of the Hague. Located right on the tram line, a 10 minute walk to the central train station and minutes away from shops and restaurants. Rooms are mostly inward facing and quiet snug, but very well decorated and comfortable. Walk in shower was great. Gym is small but quite well equipped. Breakfast selection was ok, cooked and continental with fresh omelettes available.

  An ideally located hotel, walking distance away from shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and welcoming. As a sustainable hotel, some in room items are provided upon request. However, we found the breakfast a bit disappointing, mostly canned items with very limited fresh options, and the coffee was from a machine. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

  We have stayed here for one night and the hotel itself is beautiful. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.The rooms are impeccable, clean, beautifully decorated and with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect for a city trip, easy access for walking. However when it comes to catering this is where it falls down!!! We ate in the atrium restaurant our waitress was young and not great, the others were much better. The food was nice but portions were small. Service was quite slow as there was a wedding in the main restaurant. The drinks were nice but they ought to take a very good look at the menu as the prices don't match up eg. Gin €6, tonic € 5.5 but gin and tonic €14?¿?? The restaurant was very cold as door was open and it's still cold in April. We went out to the foyer to get a drink and all doors were open and it was freezing!! A waitress told us to wear jumpers!!! We weren't allowed to drink in the bar or the cocktail bar as these were reserved for the wedding!!! We went to bed!! Breakfast was also disappointing, cold eggs and not a big choice for a hotel of such high standards!! I would stay again but wouldn't eat or drink there. As a catering manager myself l sugges they find a new one!!

  I stay here 3 or 4 nights per week most weeks, and really like the hotel. Staff are friendly, helpful and efficient, rooms are well appointed and pleasant (if a little small). But the best thing about it, which brings me back each time without trying any other hotels in The Hague, is the food in Botanica resto. The chef is Italian, and a master at his/her trade. Menu is quite short but I'm happy to repeat his sublime dishes once I've tried them all. Superb food, great place to stay.

  Just finished up an excellent stay. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Beautifully designed hotel. Perfect location right at two different tram stops, and nearby the train stations. Breakfast wasn’t fancy but had everything you need. And it was so fresh and plentiful. Got a really nice suite upgrade as a IHG platinum member. Thanks for a great stay!
