  Club Lounge and Suite Upgrade Make This Property Shine Located in the Hague near Embassy Row the Marriott provided a nice five night stay. Using a Suite Night Award from the Marriott Bonvoy program we were upgraded to a very nice, large, suite. The large suite made the five nights like we had a small apartment. See the pics. We used the club lounge quite a bit. Shirley and Rimon as well as the rest of the lounge staff worked diligently to ensure that the guests were enjoying the time and were well fed. Breakfast was standard fare with the option to order off a menu. Soft drinks are available, self-serve through-out the day. The evening service was very nice...an entree and side along with a salad buffet and desserts. We had a few snafus but they were all addressed completeley by management. The hotel is near the bus and tram stops and walkable to shops and stores. Date of stay: March 2025 Traveled as a couple

  Nice place. Difficult access due to road modifications right in front of the door and it was not very clear how to arrive with the car. Office reception said we could have dinner the day we arrived at 23h. But in reality, they only served beer and cake. Sure that's food, but the kitchen was closed... Very good breakfast, available at 7h, which was very convenient for us. Restaurants nearby in the area.

  ‏I was pleased with the quality of the room and found the housekeeping staff to be respectful and attentive. However, I unfortunately experienced unprofessional behavior from a receptionist named Shaibaa. After providing her with all the necessary information, including my room details and passport, she proceeded to take a phone call and kept me waiting for approximately five minutes before continuing I believe guests deserve prompt and courteous service at all times, and I hope this matter will be addressed to maintain the high standards expected from your establishment.”

  Comfortable but somewhat confused/slow service and partly dirty. Awesome beds, good breakfast and good climate control. However, cleanliness was not top (windows very dirty, stains on sofa, dust on telephone) and in the breakfast area plates were not always that clean and cups for tea/coffee sometimes missing. Hand wash and shampoo/shower gel drenched in perfume, and the hand wash was hard to rinse off. Some more attention to the points above and it could be a great hotel.

  Enjoy my regular stays at this Marriott hotel a lot. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and very accommodating. A big thank you to Franco, who always engages in a friendly conversation, and serves his clients at the lounge, and bar with a smile. Fitness center can use a bit more equipment. Other then that, a great hotel, amazing service, and the best location in the Statenkwartier, close to the city center, and at walking distance to the beach!
