  I ordered my Cortina U4 via the chat on their website, the 'customer service' Jordan (although not sure if that is his real name) was super responsive and the bike was due to be delivered the following week. I live in Amsterdam so going down all the way to Eindhoven was not an option but they offered to deliver it without any costs (can you believe this) The bike was better priced than on any shop I visited or looked up online. Their customer service was very prompt and responsive and followed up on all questions I had. The day before the bike arrived I received a track & trace and the bike was delivered in the timeslot as told. The bike itself looks impeccable and they properly wrapped/covered it for transportation. I received a follow-up e-mail from them to ask if all arrived in good shape/order. I would recommend this company to everyone and would certainly if I ever need another bike order via them. The bicycle retail industry & shops in Amsterdam can be sometimes a bit notorious therefore I'd recommend without any doubt this 'Brabantse' attentive shop. Keep up the good work, and my sincerest compliments to the team!

  I went to this place a while back. I wanted to test drive a bike and the somewhat middle age man there told me that 'if you want to test drive it, how would I know if you comeback or not'. I hope he was joking. I tested the bike and he told me he would get what I want next week, he took my number to call me which he never did. So in general, terrible experience. I bought my bike from fietsvoordeelshop much better than this place.

  Ordered a bike from the website - quick deliver and reliable service. The bike frame was unfortunately too small but it was easy to exchange for a larger size. Great service!

  I had my bike repaired here a couple of times and the service was both times friendly. Last time I took my bike though, the man sent me away yelling "we're full, we're full" not giving me any kind of explanation. It was very rude, I was in shock. I will not go back again.

  Good advice, they help to make the bike a perfect fit by, in my case, exchanging the sadlepin so I could sit closer to the steering wheal
