  Swapfiets is all about quality of service. For the last 6 months I had my bike switched 5 times. This was always free-of-charge as they mention. They can be very flexible and understand unpredictable situations with the bike can happen. 5 days ago, my bike got stolen and had to pay €535. But it had the tracker, so I went to the shop the next day. Rob guided me through this process from the very beginning, helping me recover the bike — and I made it. He was fully committed to finding a solution to my problem, going above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved. In the end, it all comes down to quality — and Rob truly delivered! 👏

  Swapfietst is one of the best bicycle rental services. Their app actually works as intended (which for some reason you can't say the same thing about other Dutch apps in general) and you can quickly schedule a check-up either at a store or at a location you specify. Great services, great bikes, fun and hard-working people!
