    At start we had some struggles, parcel not being collected at home address, wrong weight on their scale and 1 "lost" package. They provided me with a local drop-off address, and I assume they corrected their scale. The lost in transit, they really made effort to locate and resend. When you are waiting for the contents, it always takes too long time. Normal transit time to Thailand appeared to be 3 to 5 weeks. Lost in transit took 10. Not the fastest, they are the cheapest and it does arrive!! And as always, make sure for safe package!! There are many hands that will hold and possibly drop the parcel :-)

    Extremely poor communication. I worked with them for 5 years. Where I was often sent from pillar to post. But the following incident made me decide to cancel the collaboration. From one day to the next, the delivery point no longer accepted my packages. What turned out? The labels that were generated were no longer from dpd but from gls. So I call parcel. As usual, they could not help me by telephone. I had to email. Since my packages had to be sent out that day, I had to send the packages differently in a very cumbersome, expensive way. The email is then not responded to for 2 weeks. Then I called again and again I was asked to email, this time a different email address. I email again and again no response. So I call again. And I was told that I have to wait a little longer but that they will put it back to dpd. But then I suddenly get an email that they have converted it to Postnl🙁 So I call again and say that the delivery point across the street only accepts DPD. Then he casually said that they haven't been working with that for months🤯 When I asked why he did not indicate this in advance so that we could adjust our business operations accordingly. Or at least immediately told me when I first encountered it weeks ago. His response was: “It's been like this for months, why are you only asking now!?” 🤯🤯We only used parcel for returns. We have now switched to sendcloud for all orders to our complete satisfaction, which I can recommend to everyone!
