Excellent experience in De Rozario. Their dishes are Indonesia-inspired and full of taste and interesting flavours combinations. The service is also great with clear explanations of each course and good hospitality.

One of the best dining experiences of my life. A shot of chilled vodka to cleanse the pallet followed by a blind-folded chocolate tasting. We ordered the chef's recommended menu with wine pairings. EVERY course was immaculately presented and packed with bold flavors. All vegetables were fresh from the on-site garden. Wait staff was top shelf. Courses were served timely and our waters never dropped below half glass. The restroom was wildly painted and had a gold gnome.

This was a great experience with some minor flaws. We love the combination of great food and a laid-back, informal atmosphere. Upon entering the restaurant you are greeted with a small drink before you are guided to your table. We decided to go for the vegetarian menu, which turned out to be an excellent choice and shows how much variation is possible by just using vegetables. The personal story from the chef is a nice little touch. Overall the service was very friendly, with some minor issues. They completely forgot one of the drinks we ordered and it took a long time between some dishes to be served. I'd also recommend to bring the presentation of the restrooms to the same high level as the food served (e.g. fill or cover little holes in the wall). We'll definitely come back another time as this combination of great food and atmosphere is hard to beat.

My wife and I booked here through their online system for the Sunday of carnival. The booking went through and we also confirmed via mail the possibility of a vegan menu. Big surprise once we went there and everything was shut close, without receiving any notification on our booking We even write a follow up mail, with our booking confirmation, to which they never answer. We understand the holidays, but at least a follow up would have been kind. Making it even unreal, we got two automatic e-mail in which they were thanking us for coming and asking for a review. A real pity.

Good cost benefit for a Michelin star. But they went too far when they charged me €36 for a GLASS of cheap wine. I felt robbed and I don't have any plans to come back or to refer this restaurant to anyone. Honesty should be taken into account when handling a business.
