    It’s super terrible. They’re a bank with 0 ATM machine inside. Why not just ran a café business seriously??!! The staff has 0 knowledge about their own bank. He told me that the Stationstraat has ATM machine inside, and I ran to that one which turned out that they’re closed permanently that all the facilities inside are gone…speechless and angry. Super bad service to be honest.

    Despite all the negative reviews here, I went to the bank for opening an account after scheduling an appointment online. The overall procedure was very smooth and the blonde lady who helped us with the process was very friendly and professional. I was able to open an account on the same day. After two months I wanted to convert my account into a joint account with my husband. There were no appointment slots available online and I had to call at the customer service where I got an appointment finally. So the second time also the same lady processed our application and we were able to have a joint account. So far I have got a very good service from this bank. Did not give 5 stars since I could not schedule the appointment online second time and had to hold on the call for quite a while before someone responded.

    Always had super good experiences here. Also, I love what they did with the place recently - transformed it from a boring old bank into a really relaxed, cafe-like place, where you can have your banking done. Employees are always super helpful and friendly, and they always fix your problems quickly and efficiently. For sure they have the right approach when it comes to banking in the 21st century!

    Their offers for banking, insurance and investment seem fine, but it is extremely hard to make an in-person appointment with them. Online, all slots were booked for more than four weeks ahead, so I showed up in person to ask what could be done. An employee referred me to the Post NL point near the station to open my bank account here. They, however, could only do some kind of pre-registration. I was asked to go back to the main office to complete the process and clarify my tax status. Not exactly the best customer service...

    Terrible customer service. Showed up for an appointment that has been booked for over a month, only to be told it is cancelled as staff called in sick. The woman was rude and said that they are busy for two months so it will be "quite a while" until I can open an account. They know there is an influx of students arriving in Maastricht - you would think they would prepare for something like this? I called head office to be told they cannot deny you seeing a banking officer and that opening an account takes two minutes and you do not need an appointment. They have officially screwed over hundreds, if not thousands of international students.
