  Stayed at many IHG hotels over the years and this is one of my favorites. Our baggage was delayed by the airlines, and they had everything we needed to get us by for a day. We were able to go out and enjoy the day and the hotel accepted our bags from delivery for us and had them waiting when we returned. The service was exceptional, room service was very quick, and the location is absolutely perfect for walking to shopping and dinning downtown. Right on the waterfront boardwalk. Two things to note for guests. One the elevator is very small but it’s an older building so it’s expected just plan ahead if in a hurry to leave. Second, mornings are busy for checkout and the hotel has more staff on to help but it is a slight delay. Not a problem in my opinion, and the hotel staff was exceptional all week!! The rooms were extremely clean. Thank you and looking forward to our next visit!!!

  Couldn’t ask for a better location. We enjoyed our room, the facilities of the hotel, and the bathroom was particularly large for the area. Additionally, we had a lovely time at breakfast (no it’s not complimentary but it is worth the price) but coming back after a long day exploring the city to a lovely hotel bar and bartender was always a joy.

  The Hotel Has an amazing location. The rooms were OK despite a lot of rooms are old. The problem with this Hotel is the noise. Noise could be from outside from some guys getting drunk especially in the weekend, or could be from construction that the hotel makes. so if you checked in at the morning and if you are tired you’ll get the lovely noise surprise when you get on the bed. other than that, the staff are lovely and nice.

  Gorgeous hotel on the banks of the river Maas, all the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and clean with all that you need to make your stay enjoyable. The food is very good and varied as well as being reasonably priced. We always feel welcomed and valued every time we visit

  The windows could open which we liked but it was quite noisy at the hotel entrance side. The dinner we had in the restaurant was great, alnd there were a lot of nice breakfast choices. The minibar did not work, housekeeping said it will not get better than this. With a lot of hotels in Maastricht, next time I will go somewhere else.
