  This place is not just disappointing — it felt unsafe and unsanitary. I checked in, looked around the room, and left immediately. There were spiders crawling around, stale air, and a dishwasher filled with dirty, standing water that had a terrible smell. It honestly seemed like the room hadn’t been cleaned or maintained in a long time. I was seriously concerned about the hygiene conditions — especially for anyone with allergies, young children, or pets. It felt like a breeding ground for bacteria and mold. I wouldn’t risk staying here even for one night. Despite informing the reception immediately and not spending a single night there, the hotel refused to refund my money and ignored my follow-up messages. This is completely unacceptable. I work in the travel industry and I can say confidently: avoid this resort — both for your health and your peace of mind.

  Wonderful located and modern hotel. The whole Dormio Area is absolutely clean, well maintained and just a place to stay. We arrived earlier than expected but we were able to checkin one hour before the official time (thank you!). We faced a minor problem with our shower that there was only water up to 25 degree Celsius. After contacting the staff via WhatsApp (official number) we were told that technicians are on the way. After coming back from our city trip everything was fixed. This is top service! Thank you very much for your hospitality - we will definitely revisit you!

  Had to cancel the reservation by phone, but stuff was extremely arrogant and didn’t want to send a simple email to booking.com to resolve the cancellation process and used words like “this is the last word” and “I’m going to end this call if you don’t agree”

  No airconditioning, but the rooms were nice. Got locked up in the pool though.
