  Questo posto non è solo deludente: sembrava pericoloso e antigenico. Ho fatto il check-in, mi sono guardato intorno nella stanza e sono uscito immediatamente. C'erano ragni che strisciavano in giro, aria viziata e una lavastoviglie piena di acqua sporca e stagnante che aveva un odore terribile. Onestamente sembrava che la stanza non fosse stata pulita o mantenuta da molto tempo. Ero seriamente preoccupato per le condizioni igieniche, soprattutto per chi soffre di allergie, bambini piccoli o animali domestici. Sembrava un terreno fertile per batteri e muffe. Non rischierei di restare qui nemmeno per una notte. Nonostante abbia informato immediatamente la reception e non abbia trascorso lì una sola notte, l'hotel si è rifiutato di rimborsarmi i soldi e ha ignorato i miei messaggi di follow-up. Ciò è assolutamente inaccettabile. Lavoro nel settore dei viaggi e posso dire con sicurezza: evita questo resort, sia per la tua salute che per la tua tranquillità.

  Wonderful located and modern hotel. The whole Dormio Area is absolutely clean, well maintained and just a place to stay. We arrived earlier than expected but we were able to checkin one hour before the official time (thank you!). We faced a minor problem with our shower that there was only water up to 25 degree Celsius. After contacting the staff via WhatsApp (official number) we were told that technicians are on the way. After coming back from our city trip everything was fixed. This is top service! Thank you very much for your hospitality - we will definitely revisit you!

  Een leuke locatie, vlakbij het centrum. Wij hadden een kamer (eigenlijk is het een appartementje) op de 7e verdieping. Prachtig uitzicht rondom. Erg goed ontbijt, vriendelijke service.
