  We enjoyed a terrific evening at Enigma. Great food and wine combinations served by an excellent team in an intimate setting. The carte blanche menu was terrific and we were surprised with every course coming out of the kitchen as well as the interesting and more uncommon wines which is always nice to try something new. Definitely recommended when looking for a special dinner in Maastricht.

  I had an absolutely amazing experience here that was worth every penny and more. Went for the 4-course meal and both the wine and beer arrangement. The food tasted and looked amazing. It was executed with astonishing precision. The dishes had a great combination of more classic flavour pairings as well as some really interesting combinations and playful textures. The drinks were beautifully paired with the food, the beer and wine weren't just copies of eachother but really managed to complement the dishes in a unique way. A standout was the sage - lavender - red fruit dessert, like a firework show to end off the evening. Lisa and Ferry were amazing hosts and the passion they clearly have for Enigma shines through in every aspect. 10/10, cannot wait to come here again.

  We had a fantastic evening at Enigma. Our table choose the 4-course menu and the dishes were all creative and very well executed. Unusual for this price range, there was even a (very tasty) amouse-bouche. We will definitely be back.

  What a wonderful evening with my son at Enigma. Surprised by the taste sensations. I ate much more consciously because so much attention was paid to the special combinations. Taste, smell and feast for the eyes. And it's wonderful that you don't have to choose but can simply be pampered. Recommended and good price-quality ratio.
