  Disappointing Experience – Not What You’d Expect from a Hotel of This Standard We are currently staying at this hotel for several nights, but after just one night, we are already considering checking out early. Upon returning to our room, we found that housekeeping had barely touched it. The bathroom and toilet were left completely uncleaned, the floor still had crumbs from the night before, and the beds were left in disarray. The coffee machine hadn’t been refreshed — used capsules were still there, and no new ones were provided. None of the disposable cups were replaced, leaving us with nothing clean to drink from, and even the bathroom cups were left dirty. When we contacted reception, we were informed that rooms are not cleaned daily and that it is “common” for this to be done every few days. I travel frequently, both for work and leisure, and this level of service is far below what I’ve experienced even at more modest hotels. If this is the standard, we will be cutting our stay short. Additionally, the room lacks many of the basic amenities you’d expect — there is no minibar or fridge (despite being listed on the website), no drinking glasses, and no restocked essentials. For anyone considering a stay here, I’d strongly recommend clarifying what is actually included before booking. A hotel at this price point should meet at least the basic expectations of cleanliness, comfort, and transparency.

  Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was spacious, the bedding comfortable, and the staff were friendly. However, I’m not sure I would return, as there are a few areas that could be improved to truly enhance the experience. Upon arrival, we were quite loaded with our baby, but no one offered assistance with our luggage or helped us carry our belongings to the room. We also wanted to enjoy the pool, but unfortunately, it was too cold. Additionally, no water in the rooms was a notable inconvenience, especially given the hotel's remote location from any shops. Lastly, I had an unpleasant experience at checkout: although our checkout time was set for 11 a.m., several room service staff members arrived in our room starting at 10 a.m., without knocking and without checking whether the room was still occupied. While we enjoyed some aspects of our stay, these details detracted from what could have been a more seamless and enjoyable experience.

  I was there for a weekend event, didn't stay there but used the facilities and lunch. Lunch is great, healthy options, good variety, I wish they indicated allergens though. Staff polite and nice

  Went here for a lunch appointment, they made it really easy to see what is vegetarian and were nice to help make a dish vegan due to allergies. Service was nice and quick, and they had careful attention to allergies by separate packing gluten and lactose free breads. Restaurant itself looks nice!
