  I don't think my experience could be any worse. I sold an item on Whoppah, Wuunder is their shipping partner. Apparently, the item got damaged and couldn't be delivered to the client. So they sent it back to the sender, which in this case is Wuunder. The item was lost for a few weeks because they didn't realise they got it back at their belgian HQ. Now were are more than 2 months later, I still haven't any idea about the damage nor the compensation I'll get from Wuunder, furthermore, I still haven't got my item back. I really wonder why anyone would want to work with Wuunder...

  Quite literally the worst and most dishonest logistics provider I've ever dealt with. On their emails "If something goes wrong, we immediately get to work and contact UPS straight away. So you don't have to do anything! ". When I had a problem with UPS "Am sorry to hear this, but this needs to be solved with the local UPS. As we are only the shipping partner. Please contact UPS on this. At this point am not able to help you with this." Total, complete and utter liars that make the businesses that use them look bad. Please companies, dont use them.
