  SCAMMERS AND THIEVES: they accept return but they don't return the money!!! UPDATE: Finally received product, but was not happy with quality. Finally managed to get instructions to return products. Money was supposed to be paid back but so far No money back!!!! Mailing them and they are not able to provide proof of money transfer!!! ............................................................. I ordered 3 pieces, no delivery. No reaction from customer service. I emailed them and made contact request. No reaction.

  I have ordered 3 pieces of cover. Received one email with the order number and a follow up email after 2 weeks that my order was delayed. I tried contacting the customer service via email and by making a telefoon appointment but only received sporadic answers via email. The pieces l ordered are out of stock and on my request the order has been canceled. Now it has been more than a month that l am waiting for my money back if l even will get my money back! I have never encountered such a bad customer service.

  They sent us the wrong dimensions couch cover and they do not receive the product back. There are many people have the same issue with them. Absolute scammers

  EDIT 30/09/2020 The money has been finally refunded to my account as of today EDIT 29/09/2020 Despite the shop's answer (below), the money has not been refunded. The company is also unable to provide me with a proof that they actually made the money transfer back to my account. BankhoesDiscounter does not provide neither the product nor the money refund. Again, I recommend that anyone who didn't receive the product and/or the refund reports it to the authorities. ********************************************* The order has been placed on the 31st of August. After not receiving the product for a few days I have contacted the customer service. Their reply has come after few days stating that unfortunately they do not have the cover I ordered in stock and I will have to wait (probably) until the week after. I therefore cancelled the order. As no money has been refunded for the purchase (after 14 working days) I am reporting this company to the police for fraud. I am attaching all the Messenger conversations as well as the email correspondence and their bank account details to the report. I recommend doing that to everyone that did not receive their purchase or money back.

  I would definitely NOT recommend doing business with them, and one star is even one star too many. I have been waiting for almost 6 months to receive the refund of my order after returning it. Numerous attempts to get my money back are still unsuccessful. Initially they ignored my requests, then they said that the order was never received by them (even though my track and trace clearly stated it was). After a number of excuses and promises that they would "sort this out", they still didn't arrange it, and I'm still waiting.
