  In 2023 and Q1 2024 I spent a lot of money in this store for new outfits. I had not bought new clothes for a long time and was ready to renew my wardrobe. I also had an account created in their computer system, because you could get a discount after spending so much money. All clothes were registered. Once, all items of clothing were even noted down manually and in writing, as an additional note that I had purchased. I was told that it was necessary for inventory management. Later it turned out that people who knew me directly or indirectly started requesting information from this store about the items of clothing. Based on my personal account, they passed on what size it was, what I was wearing and what price. These people reordered the clothes to wear the same outfit as me. Personally, I think that is a compliment and not a problem. However, it is a problem that this store shares my personal purchase data with third parties without my permission. When I attempted a face-to-face conversation in the store, this quickly ended in a hostile response from the owner. I asked for her email address so I could calmly explain a few things to her. She gave me an incorrect email address on a post-it note. I also mentioned this via a message on their website. Never heard anything again. I also never went back. Nazila Abdi

  Good collection but the exchange policy is terrible! If you buy something with a defect (sweater with a weaving error) you solve it, even if it is discounted! I was told that "there was no guarantee on discounted items"... After much deliberation I was allowed to choose something else "as a high exception". Any self-respecting clothing company will certainly give a refund in a case like this. Especially if you have to compete with the many online stores, because these purchases can be returned anyway. And if you want to get a new customer you should seize the opportunity to properly handle a "complaint" to show what fantastic customer service you offer! But after this treatment I will no longer buy from this company!

  I was recently in this store with my sister. When we entered we were not greeted, in fact the employees did not even look at us. There were other customers there but they were helped. In addition, even if you are working with a customer, you greet people who enter the store, regardless of whether they are foreigners or not. Not a nice store for us and we will no longer go to this store.

  no friendly treatment. you are looked at as if you are a potential customer, otherwise the atmosphere is one of “get out quickly”. you certainly don't feel welcome
