The guy who helped me with my bike was Gerald. ( If I got his name right.) I had problems with the back wheel and the chain, he fixed them in a second!! It was a rainy and windy day, while I was waiting for the rain to stop so that I could continue riding to my destination, he helped me check my brake and my gear just to ensure that everything was good. That was very nice of him and he definitely saved my day. Five stars.

I came with a wobbly bike, and after a short diagnostic (and even a little test ride!) Mies managed to help me make an appointment and another zwarte fietsenplan closer to my home. All this with good humor and friendly service, zero charged. Very happy to have been helped by such a great technician! Thank you so much!!

I went to try a bakfiets because i was thinking of getting one and i could not have received better treatment. It was so good that i decided to buy it immediately after the test drive. Thank you so much for all the help and advise!

If you think they're not cheap enough, you'd better consider their convenient location and long opening hours as well. I used their repair service a few times over the last couple of months and I always paid less than the quoted price. Sometimes you have to wait for your turn because they also try to give good instructions to those tourists who rent their bicycles.
