    The most horrible customer experience I ever had! 1. I mistakenly booked one day less than I intended to. When I called, they tried to extend my stay with a fee above what I could do online; jus simply by a new separate booking; which was already expensive because of double paying the tax and administration fees. They offered no flexibility here. 2. They do not warn you in advance, but the check in is cumbersome. You need to upload your ID (back and forth) and a selfie of yourself and would only receive an activation code on the same day as your arrival. even if you call, it is not possible to get it earlier, so you have to wait until 2h before checkin is possible, to get the code to enter. This is of course uncertain and stressful. We made several calls and still, it was still not possible to even get the same code for both bookings or even get the code a little in advance, even though we were travelling with a 8 months old baby.. had a business conference to attend and really would have appreciated a little flexibility 3. Similarly they rejected out request to issue one invoice, because it was two bookings. Most properties can very easily arrange this but the staff here just have a very unfriendly and unhelpful attitude. 4. The towels and sheets had some stains. One towel we received was even torn with holes in it.. 5. There is weed smoke coming from the airco. It was terrible stay for my baby and even ourself.. all in all, I had never booked a hotel where the staff are so unfriendly and unhelpful, but this is ofcourse because you don't even see them and it is all "remote" and machinery...

    We stayed on top floor, lovely room, modern and clean with a balcony (no smoking). Stairs upto room are really steep, but this is common in Amsterdam. Room has everything needed, no room service tho for 4 days, and only 1 towel each. Location was good, just out of the centre, near a tram stop, no.4 line takes u into centre in minutes. Lots of shops nearby.

    We stayed in room 003 for 3 nights. We didn’t have any issues. I don’t really understand the reviews. In terms of heating you could adjust how hot you want your room and we always had hot water running. The room and bathroom were clean. They even had complimentary pods for your morning coffee. Also the customer service was quick and helpful. I would recommend this place, cause it’s near the center and in a nice area with a lot of nice wine bars etc. also there was a Lidl just opposite to the building. I would stay here again

    I stayed here with my baby and husband for three nights and it was the worst experience ever during any of my vacations. The room heating worked only for an hour or two at night and warm water only for a few hours in the day and then it remains off. Seems this is their way of saving money, irrespective of how inconvenient it would be for their guests. Adding to this, when we requested for change of towels and dustbins and for room cleaning, we were told that this would cost an additional 30 euros. Like seriously🙄🙄🙄. I would never recommend this hotel.

    We stayed on the 3rd floor. The stairs are quite steep. The half glass door in the tiny shower meant water would puddle into the remaining area. The bed was very comfortable and the location is close to attractions. Easy checkin and checkout. Customer service couldn't find my information when I called to get assistance for checkin which was weird. Took more than an hour to figure out that I had used a different email via Amex travel.
