  Unfortunately, I have to say that I am extremely dissatisfied with Aachener Bank. As a business customer, I have experienced several banks in the past, but this bank is one of the worst I have ever had. The communication was extremely unprofessional and I got the impression several times that my concerns were not taken seriously. There are far better and more reputable alternatives for business customers. I can only advise against keeping an account or using financial services here. In my experience, this service was anything but trustworthy.

  Nice staff, but the fun stops when it comes to online banking (changing standing orders at short notice or something similar). Despite "repeated" telephone consultations, inquiries and assurances from the clerk, you/including the technical system simply can't get it right. Awful. It can happen once but not twice a year. The days when something worked smoothly without any problems are over. Frightening and sad, exhausting, exhausting. This also works smoothly at other banks. What's going on? Do you really have to think about changing as a customer for years?!🤷

  When using this bank's online banking system, it is not possible to load the account statements as a single file. There are 12 individual extracts. The formatting also doesn't allow the 12 files to be inserted into an Excel file without time-consuming rework. This is a lot of fun when doing your tax return. When I called there they wanted to offer me this 'service' for a fee. Since I had already used this as part of my previous checking account, I politely declined. Here I was actually offered to email the complaint management.

  I've been a customer of Aachener Bank for many years and can only say positive things. The employees at all branches are very competent and helpful. Excellent service both in person and via online banking.
