My wife has leace for me a bike in her name Because i cant do that my self i have only a 5years resident card and i need that bike to go to work with it. But its been almost two months and still didnt get the bike. Everytime she email them or call they say that they already pay the bike to the 12gobiking store but the store dont have this bike so they wait when they get it in then it will be deliver to our house and that the company will pay the coast of the delivery because they were late... but yet i still dont get the bike!!!? So we decide to call the 12gobiking for more clear infos. But the store said that they had never receive this order and that the campany has not payed the bike.. now we confus!!!! Very dispointed

I would like to warn others about my experience with the company FietsLeaseHolland. Think carefully before you do business with them, and make sure you read and ask everything carefully before agreeing to anything. In October 2023 I concluded a lease contract for a Veloretti Ivy Two bicycle. Everything went fine at first, until one day my bike wouldn't turn on. When I contacted Veloretti to claim my warranty, it turned out that FietsLeaseHolland had already filed for bankruptcy — without informing their customers. The result? I could no longer rely on my legal guarantee. FietsLeaseHolland had ordered more than 100 bicycles from Veloretti, but never paid. As a result, I was left with a broken bicycle and no right to warranty. This company has not only embezzled my money, but also that of parties such as HiltermannLease. They refuse to take responsibility, do not keep agreements, defraud their customers and in the meantime seem to be making a fresh start. I find this downright scandalous. People work hard for their money and deserve better than these types of fraudulent practices. With pain in my heart and now more than €400 in repair costs (which offered no solution), I am still left with a broken bicycle. Yet I have to continue to pay €50 every month for a lease that is of no use to me. I will not leave it at this and will continue to fight for a just solution. Let my story be a warning to others.

Another bad comment: I then chose a bike and it happened to be out of stock, I asked about the lease price was 125 euros per month But it turned out that the alternative bike was not 125 but 158 euros per month So I was nicely ripped off. Fortunately I cancelled on time

Four stars. Point of attention: They give customers little information about how a leasing process works. As a result, you receive few updates and can go a week without any response or update. This continues throughout the entire process. As a result, the process takes a long time and there is no expectation management by the company towards the customer. The customer then does not know where he or she stands. As a result, it is often not clear why things take a long time. If more information is provided about this, there will also be more understanding (expectation management). Plus point: The bike was delivered neatly and I am very happy with it. The bicycle service will help you if you have a problem with the bicycle and will assist you. All in all very happy with it!
