    I have never experienced any service worse than this. Avoid this delivery service at all costs. If you're a company considering using them, look elsewhere. If you're a customer thinking of ordering from a store that uses them, don't. It is not worth the stress. My first experience was when they delivered my bike. I wasn’t going to be home on the scheduled day, so I contacted them via WhatsApp to reschedule. After several attempts, they finally replied and seemed to agree. Despite that, they delivered the bike anyway on the original day and left the boxes in front of my door, blocking the hallway for days until I got home. The second experience was worse. I needed to return an incorrect item, and the same store arranged a pickup with Extra@Home. The delivery person who came was extremely rude. I don’t speak Dutch, so I didn’t understand him at first. Apparently, he expected us to bring the box downstairs. When my Dutch-speaking partner spoke to him, the delivery person started shouting. He then came upstairs and continued yelling. We live on the third floor, and the package was ready at the door as instructed in their email. The hallway and stairs were clear. I would have gladly helped if he had asked politely. It is hard to understand how this company still operates when almost all reviews are so negative. That is not a coincidence. So once again, whether you're a business or a buyer, choose another provider.

    Horrible service! On the hour of the delivery appointment the driver called and told me the package is not in the vehicle. Had to reschedule but they cancelled again without any reason on the same day!! Unresponsive in Whatsapp, phone number doesn’t work on weekends. What’s the point of setting an appointment if they cannot respect it? I had to move my agenda because of it but in the end I just wasted my time. If the shop says they’re using PostNl extra@home, don’t buy from them as this courier service is messed up!

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Absolutely ridiculous excuse for a business. First, postNL Extra@Home lied about being unable to deliver as nobody was home two days in a row (I spent the entire 3 hour early morning timeslot on my balcony to make sure I could catch the driver, but surprise: nobody ever came to our street). The third day, after I reached out to their customer service multiple times, they all of a sudden sent me a mail stating the package had been damaged - very suspicious this would happen right after I complain about PostNL lying about delivery twice. The best part of this is that in their email to me informing me that they had damaged this package, they suggested that I follow up with the sender and request for them to send another package instead of them informing the sender themselves????? Absolute clown show.

    This is the worst service possible. They are unable to deliver to the address that they accept in their app. Their drivers are rude and incompetent. The first one did not listen to what was said to him and explained how to get to the address, and then he yelled and did not answer anymore. When we rescheduled the order and waited on the concrete floor for the delivery all day, they again managed to fail to deliver it, despite the fact that all the necessary information was provided. He did not even try to drive along the right street. He just noted that there was a problem with the order and drove away. I have never encountered such bad service. We are forced to postpone the renovation one day after another simply because this company does not have drivers who can open their own website and see where the goods need to be delivered.

    This is legit the worst service I've encountered in my life. First I went an email last week Friday to choose a delivery time for my bike (following saturday). Saturday in the early morning I get a confirmation of my delivery timeslot. At 8 am they send me an email that they cannot locate the package and that they are opening an investigation and they will contact me for another delivery time. Panic, obviously. The only way to contact this joke of an organization is via whatsapp, and I don't know who's behind answering but their customer service skills are to cry for. Turns out it's "just being brough to the right depot". 2 more attempts already that I choose a delivery time and the same morning they email me that because of business it cannot be delivered. In the meantime no bike and it has to be delivered this week. NOW WHAT?!!!
