I can’t give less than 1 star. For sales man it’s really good and full 5 star. But the delivery and quality is worst than I have experience in my all the location in world I have stayed. I order and received to broken picke after 4 week they confirm they will replace but will take another 3 to 4 weeks. Worst company I will not recommend to buy from wonnenzo.

Low-quality product, I do not recommend Woonenzo. An employee from the Den Haag mega store asked me to give a 5-star review and promised a surprise product/gift. However, once I provided a Google review in front of them, they offered me a cushion worth less than 5 Euros. Moreover, we received our order several weeks later and it was broken. Additionally, my address was covered with someone else's sticker, indicating that it was returned by another person who did not want it. Of course I have since removed the 5 start review now I am giving it 1 star only because they were willing to replace it but with a different model since the one ordered is no more available, but I do not want to go through this process again as it arrived late. I wish google enables 0 star review some days.

Ordered dining cabinets of Moderna range in Oct 24 from their Store . Was promised a Delivery in 6 to 8 weeks , but nothing happened and after months of following up until feb 2025. We were given different reasons every time ranging from " its coming in the next shipment" to " the manufacturer has not delivered". So last month in March, we decide to cancel and get the 150 euros booking amount back. This money back process is even more cumbersome and we got to see the real bad side of customer service. You see until its a delivery date call the customer service agents were trying help and atleast showed some empathy. But now I asked for my money back tables have turned and I am struggling to get a proper answer on when to expect. On the last call the agents were particularly harsh and dismissive on asking the status and was again asked to write another email. So currently I have written an email again on top of the earlier payment request and in true woonenzo style have gotten a Response that there was a Glitch in the payment somewhere and have to wait for another week and then contact them again. This has Made me lose all Hope of getting my Money Back so Just informing Others to be careful as i wasted more then 6 months chasing them Happy to provide order details and email chain to cement my Case

I bought a bed and the mattress was defected in 6 month, after that I raised a complaint via visiting shop and they asked us to send them an email. We sent them an email with photo on 23th May 2023 and still today (6th February 2024) they didn’t fix the issue. I visited the shop and as before they completed helpless in this case. Very very poor customer service and quality. If you are looking for a longtime and nice bed, I highly not recommend this store as the quality of the product is very bad. Save your money instead of buying from this store.

Parmida helped us well with the furniture. She was very patient as well. Great store and good collection with good prices. Update: We had good experience in the store. But the experience with delivery and customer service has been extremely poor. We got a faulty bed delivered in June 2023. Until now, the resolution is not made by the customer service. We are still using the faulty bed.
