My friend's card was blocked. The staff helped us very quickly, explained everything and we didn't have to wait at all. Very friendly staff

Absolutely terrible, the main branch in Den Bosch. You can't reach anyone; you have to call your general number. The counter clerk could have worked from home. Why have an office if you, as a customer, are forced to arrange everything yourself online or by phone? Customer service has zero complaints and shouldn't be taken seriously! The phone staff are completely unfriendly, completely indifferent, and offer no help, just a litany of guidelines. Thinking along with the customer... it's not part of their job description. Call again, and you'll get a different employee on the phone who's apparently also at home. You can almost hear them yawn. I wouldn't be surprised if they're at home in bed watching TV or using a game console with their boss's laptop and phone. Customer focus is completely ignored. They only work in the interest of the bank. Rabobank is not recommended for customers who expect to encounter humanity. They only demonstrate social responsibility by supporting charities and sponsoring brand awareness, and then making you, the customer, bear the financial burden. Offices closed, employees laid off, office supplies cut, money spent on keeping up appearances in advertising and human media. Rabobank. I can't say anything positive to anyone; I wouldn't recommend it.

Lousy customer "service", who refuses to help me. I have been a customer as the sole account holder for 54 years and since this year I am no longer authorized to view and download my own account statements! Complaint filed, but I am simply fobbed off with standard responses without problem solving. And for this "service" we have to pay increasingly higher costs every month. Maybe spend less money on sponsorship and more on services?! Update: While paying for an order to a reputable company, this worthless bank suddenly blocks my bank account due to fraud investigation. They do not know the reason for this. And now I can no longer access my own money or use my debit card to go shopping and pay the monthly costs. Because of this course of action, I will soon be registered as a defaulter. But fortunately they can debit their own costs and credit card statement. Double standards; own bank first and the rest can suffocate.

Unfriendly office. Hardly any parking for clients and staff. Very narrow streets. Completely built up. Everything is on top of each other. Maybe move to a friendlier more hospitable environment?

We recently took out a mortgage with Rabobank. We were helped by Joey Zeebregts. What a top advisor, available 24/7 for all questions. Patient explanation and understanding!! If I could give 6 stars I would.
