  Applying for the accounts was very quick and easy. The web portal is well-designed and user-friendly. The login process seems sufficiently secure for now. I do find the interest rate a bit low for a completely digital product. It could and should be at least 0.2% higher.

  very slow working organization. after several phone calls on 19.11.24 the message comes that I am welcome and that after uploading I can use the account within 1 day. finally, after a few more phone calls the account is operational on 6.12.24.. I get the impression of a one-man occupation in the office. at a certain point I get the answer "unfortunately I can not find out at the moment why your account has not been activated yet because the person who handles this is free today". very friendly employees, but not professionally organized.

  I was a customer and had an and/or account. My wife passed away and I wanted to create an account in my name. Failed due to an incorrect completion of a questionnaire, our account was closed and could not be reversed. Had to request a new account again as a new customer. What a hassle, there's no other way.
