The sofa fabric ripped in less than a year of use. It's supposedly covered by a 2 year warranty, but when I reached out for assistance and attached a photo, they somehow concluded – based solely on the image – that this isn’t something that would happen to their product, and therefore I’m not entitled to the warranty. :) Never buying from them again.

We first ordered a wardrobe from this store and everything was good. We then decided to order bedside tables for the bedroom, but when the cabinets arrived they had very different handles and this changes the whole look of the cabinets. But it was impossible to change them for us. One type of handle is shown in the store, and another is arriving. Then we order a large cabinet. We were assured that they deliver to homes on Saturdays as well, but when the cabinet arrived, the word "impossible to deliver on Saturdays" was again used. This brought us a lot of worries because it was difficult and expensive to rent a special bus because we live far from the store.
