  Very disappointing handling of the theft of my bicycle I had a good feeling when purchasing my second-hand bicycle from Fiets-ID: friendly staff and insurance that they immediately took out for me. But when my bike was stolen, that image changed completely. I only received one original key upon delivery, so the insurance was not valid. Yet Fiets-ID states that two keys were provided and they deflect all responsibility. I should have read it in the small print, but the bicycle should not have been insured this way. Because I could only hand over one key to the insurer, the insurer will not pay out anything. Bicycle ID says that they are almost certain that two keys were included, but they cannot prove this. Had I been aware of it, I would have raised it immediately. But now I am left to my fate, while they are the ones who also arranged the insurance for me. The only “solution” offered is a 20% discount on a new bicycle. To me, this feels like getting away cheaply with a mistake that costs me an expensive lesson. So be careful when you buy a bicycle here and do not blindly trust what is said or arranged. As soon as something goes wrong, you are on your own.

  Friendly and good contact, the explanation about the choice of the right bicycles was well received, it was clear what was and was not possible. We had quite a few wishes. It ended up being two Kalkhoff Endeavor electric bicycles. The service is really great, we wanted some adjustments, everything was done neatly. We were also allowed to take a test drive, now we were told to go for a long bike ride. We also received a good trade-in for our 2 Cube mountain bikes. We are really very satisfied and highly recommend this store. No complicated sales talk, just the way it is. Top!

  Again my review because it has been removed... What unfriendly staff and bad service! I had my bike repaired there, my chain and my brakes. When I cycled away, a piece of the chain guard kept hitting my spokes, which made a ticking sound. Another good bike repairman looked at this and told me that the chain guard had not been put back properly after the repair. Today I went back to Fiets-ID. When I picked up the bike I had to pay 25 euros while they should have done that during the repair, and I got all kinds of words that it was a bad bike.. blah blah.. You just have to deliver quality, regardless of the condition of the bike! I WILL NEVER COME BACK THERE! WHAT A BAD BIKE SHOP!
