  Super Restaurant. Here is my personal take: Ambient: bright but cosy room. Open kitchen is very nice. Open front has a nice view on the church. Food: Outstanding quality with excellent presentation. The kitchen was also able to adapt to some special requirements. Service: Very welcoming and super professional.

  Everything was amazing except for the traditional Dutch bites. The bitterballen, gyozas and croquettes were very ordinary. If you are to come here, order everything else. It will not disappoint. The oysters, fish, liver and other small warm/cold plates were a great experience. The staff were very attentative. And the desserts (we went for the chocolates and cheese plate) were aligned with a fine dining experience.

  I wasn't expecting to find such a world class restaurant in Schagen. The service was excellent, the food was incredibly unique, almost experimental. We opted for the 6 course chefs selection and it did not disappoint!

  I'm unsure about this restaurant. It looks nice, the food is presented well, and it tastes good. However, I gave it only three stars because the portion sizes for sharing between 2 people are uneven. You always get an odd number of servings, which makes it hard to share. I feel this is purely done to get you to order more food, which is just a money grab in that case
