  This Company is a Complete Scam – Beware! I’m writing this to warn everyone: do NOT trust this company. I placed an order for seats and a sofa, agreed on a price, and paid 50% upfront. Only after they took my money did they inform me that it would take six weeks to deliver — something they conveniently “forgot” to mention before payment. When I asked to cancel, they refused and tried to trap me with a so-called “30% cancellation fee,” which was never mentioned during the purchase. After endless delays and lies about delivery times, when the day finally came, they tried to scam me again — showing up and demanding more money than the original agreement. When I refused to fall for their fraud, they took the sofa back with them without delivering anything. And now, despite me not receiving any sofa at all, they are still demanding money from me. Unbelievable! Their behavior is nothing short of fraudulent. They lie, they manipulate, and they use shady tactics to trap customers after getting their money. They have no respect for agreements, no respect for customers, and absolutely no shame. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want to be cheated out of your time, money, and peace of mind. They are running a scam — plain and simple.

  Very unsatisfied with this company: - The delivery time is so long, they never communicate the estimated delivery time. - They delivered a damaged sofa. We created a claim, and we had 2 options: 50 EUR back (from 1689, which means 3%), or wait another 14 weeks for the repair (which I don't trust anymore...) - I offered a fair compensation to fix the torn of the material by myself, but they refused. Plus: Very interesting: showing much better rating on their website, than google review. Overall: not recommended to anyone. I wish I read the ratings before...

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with my recent seats and sofa order has been beyond frustrating and disappointing. What was supposed to be a simple, exciting purchase has turned into an absolute nightmare. First, the communication has been terrible. I was given vague updates (if any) and constantly had to chase for information. Every time I thought we were moving forward, there was another delay, excuse, or mistake. No one seemed to take real ownership of the issue, and I felt completely dismissed as a customer. Second, the quality and accuracy of the order were a complete letdown. After waiting far longer than promised, what finally arrived was wrong and not what I had paid for. To add insult to injury, getting someone to actually address the problem and offer a real solution has been next to impossible. I trusted this company with a major purchase for my home, and they’ve made it a stressful, upsetting experience from start to finish. It's clear that customer care and attention to detail are not their priorities. I would strongly urge anyone considering ordering from here to think twice. I would never have gone through with this order if I had known how poorly everything would be handled. I expected better — and frankly, I deserved better.

  TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE The manager promised our sofa to be delivery in max 6 weeks (which in their contract was showing a standard 15 weeks). Even though we questioned the days in the contract, he verbally guaranteed that would be delivered. Already passes 8 weeks and no sign of the sofa. I’ve tried to contact, I had to wait more than 20min in the line. The person on the line only could say that they can’t do anything about it. And even dared to say that I was “twisting” information. FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO RISK BUY SOMETHING FROM THEM AN ADVISE - DON’T FALL FOR ANY PROMISES THEY MIGHT MAKE.
