  BE AWARE!!! SCAM! They SCAMMED me for the second time! They said they will repair the broken couch(new couch) ask me to pay for the transport and did nothing!!! It's unbelievable how this SCAM BUSINESS works!!! I purchased a sofa from this company on April 11th, 2025. I was AGGRESSIVELY pushed to make a quick decision. This made me feel extremely pressured. I want to express my deep dissatisfaction with the purchase, also. I spent €1,550 on a couch that arrived in unacceptable condition and is completely UNUSABLE. The couch is broken and makes loud squeaking noises whenever used. Even when touching it. It arrived dirty, and the legs cannot be properly attached because the base is uneven and poorly constructed. 3 Pillows are missing! Despite these serious defects, my request to return the item was refused. To make matters worse, I am now unable to reach your customer service. I suspect my phone number has been blocked, as I used to get through in 2–3 minutes, and now no one answers, even after waiting over 15 minutes. This level of service is unacceptable, and I am extremely disappointed by the lack of support and responsibility shown. I am still willing to resolve this issue in a mutually fair way, but they are not serious and are not responding.

  Good experience in the store making the purchase however our couch came with some pretty clear flaws. It's creaking very badly and the overall build quality is quite poor to be honest. After contacting the service department to get the stuff fixed they basically just told us to either wait it out and hope the creaking goes away or take the sofa in for servicing ourselves on an exact date a month later. That is unacceptable. You cannot deliver a broken product and then ask the customer to bring it back in on a given date and then retrieve it once again themselves (which costs money for renting a van)

  Very recommended. I walked in with my girlfriend looking for a sofa, with a somewhat clear idea of what we wanted. The employees gave us information about prices per configuration and let us see and try all the sofas, even offering coffee or tea. After we had found a few that we liked when went back to ask about availability and pricing and we ended up walking out of the shop with a sofa that we loved, for a really competitive price. A remarkable note is that most of the sofas are available without wait, but not always in the same shop, nothing that a quick van trip won’t fix, but something most sofa shops don’t offer. And in our case waiting 6-12 weeks wasn’t an option. Definitely recommended, thanks Richard for all the help!

  Very satisfied with the service. Mr Kevin tried his best to give us a good offer and not let us down. Extremely satisfied. The fabric is amazing and the material of the couches in seat and sofa. Totally recommend. 👏
