  I had a very good experience. The staff was very helpful and kind. I am interested in starting mountainbiking (with an EMTB) they advised me to try a few out. Maybe even rent one for a day at a local places before buying one. To make sure i get the right bike. Even though they knew I wouldn’t be buying one. They went above and beyond to advice me and let me try some. Which they even had to de-mount off the wall which was no easy job. I would definitely go back and highly recommend them.

  No warranty gurantted from this shop. I purchased 2 months ago. And I have to pay for the loosing bolts. And shopper saying we don't have enough bike under 2000 euro. (But I saw 20% off and there was 1900 euro e bike) and this shopper is laughing at customer.

  This shop is the worst bike shop in Maastricht. I do not recommend their bikes and neither their partners who repair and sell the e-bikes and the normal bikes. Do not trust their shops please.

  Bought our first e-bikes from them. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Quite a wide variety of bikes for commuting. Would recommend them for sure.
