  I would like to share my experience with this company, the location in Almere. We arrived at the store where we were greeted by a kind gentleman who helped and guided us. Our focus was to buy a sofa already in stock due to the long delivery time. The gentleman at the entrance showed us the area of sofas that are in stock, but left us space to look and test the sofas in peace. After choosing that beauty of a sofa, I contacted the sales person. They explained to us that they have it in stock and that we are in the discount period and what is the price we will pay. After checking the address, we were informed that the delivery time is 2 days at a price of 95 euros. When I got home I was curious about the opinions about the company and I was horrified... I already had doubtful thoughts about the delivery, maybe the one in stock is not the same. Honestly, I was quite scared because of the many negative opinions. The next day I received a phone call to confirm the delivery date. The delivery was super good, the sofa was very well protected, they assembled the sofa (pictures immediately after delivery are attached). At this moment I can't say that I was disappointed, all things went as normal. The negative reviews made me leave this review because, in general, happy and satisfied people don't have time to leave that review.

  This company is a scam. They took half the money for the furniture in advance and even though they were supposed to deliver the furniture after six weeks, after four months they still haven't delivered my furniture. They also refused to refund my money. I had to sue them and finally got my money back from the insurance. They are also very rude in dealing with customers.

  At first, I was very skeptical with all the scary reviews here. I ordered a 1.6k euro sofa on 28th of December and was told its going to take 8-12 weeks by the salesman. What the other review told you is right, they are not being transparent on the maximum delivery time (it was written up to 27 weeks for me too, so you better check before sign the paper) but apparently MY SOFA CAME WITHIN 5 WEEKS which is way much faster than what we expected. Update after 1 month, the sofa is already sagging 🥲

  I have to edit rating today from 5 to 3 ..based on discussion of delivery date today with delivery office ...they are rude...so far it was good with their sales office in Almere but now rules of the game has changed....tone...plz don't do this kind of behavior we trust the sales person when placing the order..don't talk in a different tone.. when we want to know just the expectation of delivery date as per promise
