The company doesn't not have value for money because of bikes. How I buy a new bike and it starts getting faults in just with two days, leave alone that I exchanged my old bike because of faults into a new one but after cycling for one day, the battery did not again. Your products are inequality.

My feedback is not directly with Almere branch but overall the company La Souris. I placed the order for a scooter with the delivery timeline of 2-4 weeks. After 2 weeks, I have been contacting them for update but they respond absolutely with zero concern or care. Literally they just say wait until we deliver. I have written to them directly, reached over WhatsApp but useless. They were active is calling me to say I should order more product and service but never bothered to give the order status This is a company that has no sense of customer service or support. I wish their product isn't as bad as their service.

No good treatment, no fast service, they do not answer the phone, and if you go to the store, the workers are like robots who do not help you at all. It is the worst company you can deal with because it does not respect the customer and its only concern is to take money.

Jason went above and beyond in helping us purchase an E-FATHER V20 pro fatbike. Very professional and friendly, taking all the time needed to explain and advise.

My encounter with La Souris left me seething with frustration and disbelief. Let me paint you a picture of the sheer incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction that defines this so-called company. Upon purchasing a battery from their shop, I quickly realized I had been grossly overcharged—20 euros more than what other reputable retailers were charging. Determined to rectify this mistake, I wasted no time in attempting to return the battery, making my way back to the shop within a mere five minutes of purchase. But instead of being met with understanding or even basic decency, I was met with a wall of obstinance. La Souris, true to form, refused to entertain the notion of a return, as if they were immune to the concept of accountability. The audacity of La Souris to not only exploit their customers with exorbitant prices but also to deny them recourse when they realize they've been taken advantage of is beyond comprehension. It's as if they thrive on the misery of their patrons, reveling in their ability to manipulate and deceive. To anyone considering doing business with La Souris, let me be unequivocally clear: don't. Spare yourself the headache, the frustration, and the inevitable feeling of being swindled. Take your hard-earned money elsewhere, to a company that values integrity and respects its customers. La Souris is nothing more than a stain on the fabric of ethical commerce, and it's high time they were held accountable for their reprehensible actions.
