After I did some research into Speed Pedelecs, I got to the point that I wanted to make some testdrives. Before contacting the stores, I had already limited the options down to two different models When trying to book test drives, I found out QicQ was one of the few dealers that had both the models available in my size to take with me for a tour. The website was easy to use and a making an appointment was a breeze. It also was clear when came there, the staff had carefully read what I had written down as remarks. They could explain me the differences, and cons and pros of the different models, so I could make a more informed choice between them While I was out for a ride, my wife got some answers to questions she had for her own bike. She never visited the shop before, nor had she bought it there, but that didn't seem to be any issue. The help was professional and they were very happy to show her some things. After the test drives, I felt no pressure at all to make a decision or anything. They just asked me if everything was clear, and wether they could help me with anything. At home we made the decision and it turned out, the model I preferred (a limited edition) was in stock. Again the proces was very easy and pleasant. The staff explained exactly what I could expect and what the timelines were. When I came in to the shop to pick up the bike, they had reserved more than enough time for me to explain. everything, adjust the bike to my height and position. They helped me with the app and everything was done to make it into a premium experience. The only thing I can do is compliment them on the whole experience. There was no pushing for upselling (for example maintenance) or anything. Only when you show interest yourself, they will explain you the options, alternatives etc. What I really appreciated, was a phone call after a while. They wanted to know if I was still happy, and reassured me that if something was wrong, unclear or anything, I could alway mail, call or just drop by and they would be glad to help me. I'ld recommend everyone looking into a Speed Pedelec or e-Bike to visit the shop and ask any question you have. People here are knowledgeable and seem very happy to help.

I've bought not one, but 2 bikes from QicQ and have enjoyed the experience and the conversation while making a decision. My first bike is an R&M Load4 75 that I decided to buy immediately upon being provided a test ride around the park. The location of QicQ definitely helps in going on a long ride where you get to try all the different settings on the e-bike. Musa was tremendously helpful in going through the various insurance options and spent a lot of time getting me set up with everything so that I could take my bike home without worries. The second bike I purchased was an R&M Swing for my wife, and again, Musa was really helpful with making adjustments for her frame so that she could find the perfect fit of frame height and seat for her short height. She must have spent hours before and after her bike was delivered to find the perfect fit, and Musa never got tired. I am not sure that I could receive similar levels of personal shopping advice and support at any other store in Amsterdam. Just 5 months later, I am again eyeing a new e-bike, something smaller this time to take on the train. I am sure that it would be another R&M from QicQ!

Excellent shop, only positive remarks on all aspects. I have been visiting this shop for over a year now. Good maintenance and repair service. Very friendly and if there is an issue they really help you out. This is where most shops loose a star but in this case I would actually want to add a sixth star rating. Also their accessories go for online prices it seems. The bikes they sell are at the high end segment but they don't charge you high margins on the accessories. I also would advise to take their maintenance package. Typically I would go cheap on this one but they really offer a lot for what you pay. Thanks!!!

We didn’t end up buying a bike from here this time, but I did want to say that this store had some of the best customer service we have experienced yet in Holland! Recommend that you go check out their selection and see if they have something for you!
